Falls Church VA OHA Finding

Now, I know I probably shouldn’t be speculating and/or researching this, but my previous research into the SSA’s twisted, gnarled system appears to have proved informative at the very least. I did some reading this morning in the HALLEX pages (I believe these are the program operations for the SSA) and I stumbled upon section I-1-5/Litigation-related Inquiries. I clicked on the link for I-1-5-4, which was titled ’Hearings Office Process’ seeing as my case has now been forwarded to a Hearings Office, apparently in Falls Church, VA.
Well, in the above named section, it looks as though this particular Hearings Office is the Office of the Chief Administrative Law Judge. I don’t know if there are multiple HOs and ALJs at this location who handle different levels of cases, but I read through all of the I-5 links and they all appear to relate to some of the stages my claim has gone thorugh, including Inquiries from a Member of Congress and Regional [...]
