I spoke to my legal team today to find out any new information regarding the adjudication processing of my SSDI claims. Since both of the CE doctors outright refused to deal with the medical release statements, insisting that my lawyers had to contact the SSA themselves to request their reports (which is delaying the process further) the only thing which has happened is that the SSA has contacted my lawyers with an answer to their request for the Totalization documentation which is being used in my claims file. Of course, that answer was "nope, you can’t have that documentation because the local field office (aka TRENTON) doesn’t have the case file".

I know…how about "Some people do not know how lucky they are that I am currently choosing to refrain from my rights under the Second Amendment!!", and I’m one of those lucky people, actually. I’m in enough of a prison with Fibro/CFS as it is, and the further away from federal buildings I can remain, the better my quality of life is.
 
I had to go to 2 SSA-appointed medical examinations this past week; one for physical and the other for mental evaluations. The judge reviewing my claims at the Voorhees Law Courts requested these examinations (fuck knows why…I have already attended these two types of appointments with regards to my SSDI claims, but I guess that just wasn’t good enough…or maybe the assholes just lost THAT paperwork, too). No, I do not trust these idiots. And I never will again.
